1. Team Composition: Teams may consist of a minimum of 1 member and a maximum of 5 members.

2. Eligibility: Teams must comprise of ONLY undergraduate students from AICTE Approved institutes and universities across India.

3. Registration: A non-refundable registration fee of ₹500 per team is required.
Teams must upload valid institute ID cards during registration and present originals at the event.

4. Venue and Reporting: Shortlisted teams must report to the venue at the organizing institute on the specified date and time.
No provision for online presentations will be made.

5. Permissions: Reporting teams must carry permission letters signed by the head of their institution with the institution's seal.
Teams must bring their own laptops/gadgets required for demonstrating prototypes.

6. Presentation Time: Each team will be allotted 15 minutes to present their work in front of the jury for round 2.

7. Investor Presentation: In round 3, all shortlisted teams will present in front of all investors together.

8. Organizer's Role: The organizers act as facilitators. Final decisions and legal implications for availing financial assistance lie with the winning team and investors.

9. Travel and Accommodation: No traveling allowances are provided by the organizers. Accommodation will be provided for outstation teams only upon prior request.

10. Certificates: E-Certificates will be provided to all participating teams after the finale event.

11. Conflict Resolution: In case of a team name conflict, registered teams must adhere to the decision made by the event organizers.

12. Adherence to Rules: Participants are expected to thoroughly review and adhere to the event rules and specifications.

13. Conduct: Participants must refrain from using abusive language, displaying obscenity, or wearing revealing costumes during the rounds, as failure to comply may result in disqualification.
Smoking, drinking, and the consumption of any such substances are strictly prohibited.

14. Judges' Decision: The decision of the judges is final.

15. Event Changes: Event organizers reserve the right to change the event date. Registered teams will be informed in advance of any such changes.

16. Rule Amendments: Rules are subject to change at the discretion of the event organizers.
