TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Registration Fee Policy: Participants acknowledge and agree that the registration fee for the event is non-refundable once paid, irrespective of withdrawal circumstances.

2. Intellectual Property Disclaimer: Participants understand and accept that the college organizing the event holds no liability for the usage of their ideas by external entities. Participants are responsible for protecting their intellectual property.

3. Originality Requirement: Participants must present ideas that are unique and original. Replicated or closely resembling ideas will result in disqualification.

4. Selection Process: Submitted ideas will be reviewed by judges, with only selected ones allowed for presentation. Non-selected participants won't be eligible for a registration fee refund. The judges' decision is final and binding.

5. Voluntary Participation: Participants voluntarily submit their ideas for evaluation without external influence. They can withdraw at any stage of the event without coercion.
